What is it like to do a graduation assignment at WPT?

Peter started his graduation assignment at WPT in February 2021: "I was looking for a graduation assignment for my International Business study", says Peter.

“My grandfather gave me the idea to contact WPT. When I heard about the company, I was immediately interested. I did some research and sent an e-mail with a resume and explanation about my graduation assignment. Coincidentally, my idea was a topic they wanted more information about,” says Peter with a smile.

The future of transport

“My research focused on the future of transport in the German waste paper industry. I investigated what kind of changes could occur in that area over the next five years. I did extensive research and interviewed seven different experts to get their vision of the future,” describes Peter.

Interesting assignment

“I experienced doing my graduation assignment at WPT as very pleasant. I had no experience writing a thesis at all, so I first had to discover what I had to do. But it is a great, diverse company and I had an interesting assignment”, says Peter.

Build a life

“I completed my assignment with an 8.2”, says a proud Peter. “I am going to look for a job in the USA and hope to travel there in August. My girlfriend lives there so I hope to find a job soon so we can build a life together.”
