As an IT Specialist at WPT, you are an essential link in the management and development of our international IT landscape. You are responsible for our Microsoft 365 environment, the further development of our Azure infrastructure and the functional management of NetSuite. In addition, you actively work on the development and optimisation of our API and iPaaS landscape and on maintaining AI solutions in cooperation with external technology partners.
An important part of your role is also thinking about and managing our order processing and data exchange. You will work closely with internal departments and external developers to continuously improve and expand this platform.
With operations now in 29 countries - and substantial growth on the way - our IT landscape is in full swing. We focus strongly on technology, AI and smart automation to remain scalable and future-proof.
Your responsibilities
- Management and optimisation of Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud environment
- Functional management of the NetSuite ERP system
- Further development of our iPaaS and API landscape
- Supporting transition of our Legacy ERP System.
- Maintenance and expansion of our AI landscape together with external partners
- Managing and improving the WPT customer portal
- Translating user requirements into technical solutions
- Coordinate implementations, releases and innovations
- Ensuring stability, security and scalability within all IT systems
- Actively interacting with external IT partners, developers and suppliers
Who are we looking for?
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar IT role.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure and ERP systems such as NetSuite.
- Experience with APIs and integration platforms (iPaaS).
- Affinity with AI and data-driven working.
- Experience managing or developing customer portals is an advantage.
- Communicatively strong, analytical and solution-oriented.
- Team player with independence and ownership.
- You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages.
- You live in the Northern Netherlands and are available at least 4 days a week at our office in Winschoten.
